The role of the Board of Directors is to uphold the mission, vision, policies and ethos of Constellation. The Board is responsible for all legal and financial obligations, ensuring that policies and operations of the school are faithful to the terms of our Charter, and ensuring that the school functions in a manner that is accountable to the public trust.

Transparency & involvement
In order to maintain absolute transparency, and as required by the Government in the Sunshine law, the Board of Directors conducts its work of overseeing Constellation Charter School by posting and holding public meetings. Anyone interested may attend our public meetings, in person or by streaming.
CALENDAR: All meetings may be found in our calendar of events here.
Please note that the proposed meeting dates are subject to change, but notices will always be updated at least 72hrs before the scheduled meeting date.
MEETINGS: The physical address for any given meeting will always be listed in the calendar of events. You may join the meetings online through Zoom.
